Help all-volunteer Friends of Five Creeks restore habitat and enjoyment of the Bay Shore in Eastshore State Park. You’ll see where our campus’s Strawberry Creek reaches the Bay, learn how the Bay was rescued, and help with ongoing restoration of what was once a garbage dump. We’ll remove invasives and scatter seeds of native grasses and wildflowers. Snacks, water, tools, and gloves provided.
Dress in layers, in clothes that can get dirty. Wear closed-toed shoes with good traction. Minimize what you need to carry (though purses and backpacks can be locked up if needed).
When: Sun March 7th
