Are you in town or nearby? Join CalRotaract to kick off our Summer Session of Service!
We will be hosting a POTLUCK PICNIC on Memorial Glade on Saturday, June 26th from 1:00-3:00PM. Look for our Rotaract Banner and feel free to drop by for as long as you want!
Bring a snack to share, or a story to tell or a game to play! We’ll be flying kites, tossing frisbees and discussing upcoming service events. Please dress appropriately (i.e. in something you’re comfortable running in) as we will most likely end the afternoon with a game of CAPTURE THE FLAG! See you there!

It’s summer! It’s summer! Join Berkeley Rotary and volunteer at the kite festival! Greet guests and manage the waterfront parking lots! This is an interesting project aimed at both fundraising and service!
The Kite Festival is a major community event that brings out over 50,000 community guests and participants. Please check back for more information

Volunteers needed to help Rotary Club Members at a Youth Summer Event!
Join the Rotary Club of Berkeley, 500 Berkeley elementary students, UC-Berkeley tutors, the Mayor of Berkeley, the Superintendent, and the Dean of Students at UC-Berkeley as we celebrate the start of our summer literacy program, Summer BUILD. Volunteers are needed to help setup, do face painting, lead games/activities for youth, and to pass out a free book to every child in attendance.
